On-the-Road Terms

Short version: you give us money, we give you an excellent bag, you go have adventures. The long version below exists only because Europe likes paperwork.

1. The deal is simple

You pay the price shown (includes VAT for EU customers). We pack and ship your bag within 1–3 working days. Done.

2. 100 days to change your mind

Take it on a trip. Live with it. If after 100 days you still don’t love it, send it back — full refund, no questions. We even pay return shipping inside Europe.

3. Lifetime Warranty is real

If anything ever breaks through normal (or not-so-normal) travel use — we repair or replace it for free. Forever. Details on the Warranty page.

4. Shipping & delivery

Free across the EU. Rest of the world — flat. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our warehouse. If the courier loses it, we send another one.

5. Prices and payment

What you see is what you pay. We accept cards — whatever works for you. No hidden fees, no “service charges” at checkout.

6. You own the bag the moment it ships

Risk passes to you once the courier has it. After that, treat it like the tough piece of gear it is — throw it off trains, drag it through airports, live out of it for months. That’s what it was built for.

7. We can refuse or cancel orders

We’re a tiny team. If we’re out of stock or something weird happens, we’ll refund you immediately and apologise with a €30 voucher. Happens maybe once a year.

8. Changes to these terms

If we ever change anything important, we’ll email you and give you 30 days to object. If you do, you can still return anything under the old rules.

9. Legal Compliance and Regulations

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection standards and online safety protocols. WanderPack operates in accordance with international compliance requirements to ensure a safe and secure user experience.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are required to act lawfully and refrain from violating any local, national, or international laws while using our services. Any misuse of our platform that breaches compliance policies may result in account suspension or legal action.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

All disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with exclusive jurisdiction belonging to the courts located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By using our services, you agree to this jurisdiction and the enforcement of these terms.
