We make backpacks, not profiles. Here’s exactly how little we know about you — and why it will stay that way.
1. We only know what’s needed to get the bag to your door
Name, shipping address, and an email so we can tell you “it’s on the way”. That’s it. No birthdays, no phone numbers unless you voluntarily add one, no “favourite childhood pet” nonsense.
2. Your data never leaves the delivery chain
Only we and the courier ever see your address. We don’t share or sell it to marketers, data brokers, or anyone else. Ever.
3. Emails only when there’s something real to say
You’ll hear from us when:
- your order is confirmed and shipped
- your bag is received for warranty repair
- very rarely (3–4 times a year max) we launch something actually new
Unsubscribe link is always one click away at the bottom of every mail.
4. Payment details never touch our servers
Cards, Apple Pay — everything is handled directly. We only get a “yes, payment went through” message.
5. Want us to forget you exist?
Send one email to wanderpack@gmail.com with the subject “forget me”. We’ll wipe your data from every system within 48 hours. No questions, no follow-up emails.
6. European servers, European rules
Everything is stored in the Netherlands and fully GDPR-compliant. You always have the right to see exactly what we have and to make it disappear.
